Regarding Office Closure and New Office Address
Dear patients,
As you know, this is our last week at our current location 4243 Sunbeam Rd, Ste 5 Jacksonville Fl 32259. Our last day in the clinic here will be Friday May 02, 2025.
Our new address is 12627 San Jose Blvd Unit 203, Jacksonville FL 32223
We will start seeing patients at the new office starting Tuesday May 20th. In the meantime, from May 5-19 our physical location is closed but we will be working virtually.
During the move Dr. James and Melissa will be busy with the transition of the clinic and moving. Feel free to message us but response time could be up to 48 hours. We will be accessible via portal message and phone call. If anything acute comes up, please inform us and we will handle it the best we can. If there is a medical emergency that cannot wait we urge you to go to the ER or an Urgent Care. Jessica will be available to answer calls during normal business hours to handle any administrative tasks and to relay any messages to Dr. James or Melissa.
We appreciate your support and understanding during our transition and we look forward to seeing you at our new office.
